What a great atmosphere and what a wonderful experience. We tried the Austrian starters and than go with schnitzel and finished the dinner with a chocolate bomb cake. All of them are delicious. Also the waiter that serves us was such a kind guy. We take several photos with him ☺️

Der Besuch in der Pauli Stubm war einfach ein Hit!!!! Super nette Kellner, traumhaft gutes Essen, da muss man unbedingt öfter hin, kann ich jedem nur empfehlen!!!!!

Extremely fast service, amazing food, kind staff, superb experience! We had the Kasnock’n, Schlutzkrapfen, Schnitzel, and Kaiserschmarrn for dessert. Everything was incredible!

Eine sehr gemütliche Atmosphäre. Gottseidank gibt es noch solche Lokale in Salzburg. Keine Touristenfalle.

Essen war sehr gut und super schnelle und freundliche Bedienung

Generell ein uriges Lokal. Leider war unser Besuch nach einer halben Stunde wieder vorbei. Das Essen (2x Kasspotzn) und die Getränke waren innerhalb von 5 min am Tisch. Kasspotzn waren ok, leider sehr sehr viel Käse. In einer Gruppe sicherlich netter. Zu zweit ist man zu schnell abgefertigt.

Das Essen kam sehr schnell und schmeckte sehr gut. Wenn die Stube sehr voll ist, kann es je nach Gruppendynamik sehr laut werden.

Very small but gemütliches old restaurant that serves delicious traditional food. Attentive service, great taste and big portions for very good value.

Great dining experience in a small traditional venue. Food was excellent I had the roast pork and the bread dumpling was outstanding and the sauce/gravy lovely. The Wiener schnitzel my husband had was huge and both came out super quickly . Great value at €57 incl tip

Two nights ago we ate an excellent meal at a Michelin starred restaurant. Though the presentation at Pauli Stubm was much more casual, the outstanding quality of the meal was the same. For anyone looking for a traditional Austrian fare, this is THE choice. All the stars for Pauli Stubm

War schon sehr oft in Salzburg, hab hier noch nie so gut gegessen!
