St. Peter Stiftskulinarium „Peter“ - Österreichisch-mediterrane Küche

Klasse Essen, sehr freundlicher Service, Ambiente unschlagbar, Topfen-Nougat-Knödel ein Muss!

Ein wahrer Hochgenuss! Wir hatten einen Tisch zum Mittagessen anlässlich des Geburtstags meiner Frau und waren deshalb mit unser 4-jährigen Tochter vor Ort. Die Kellner waren sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und haben uns einen tollen Aufenthalt bereitet. Wir hatten ein Kinderschnitzel (das auch für einen Erwachsenen gereicht hätte), das Bärlauchrisotto mit Spargel und einen Zwiebelrostbraten. Das Essen war wirklich extrem lecker und sowohl von der Präsentation, als auch vom Geschmack exzellent. Wir waren bereits vor zwei Jahren schon mal im Stiftskulinarium beim Essen und es hat uns damals schon sehr überzeugt. Dieses Mal konnten sie allerdings nochmal eins drauf legen. Vielen Dank und wir kommen auf jedenfall wieder!

Wir waren zur 60er Feier meiner Freundin, es war ein toller Abend mit gutem Essen und besonders aufmerksamen Personal inkl. Geburtstagsüberraschung. Einfach top!

Experience was ok but the restaurant is definitely overrated. Dishes are NOT the price they are asked for. =Tourist trap with fake "protocol"

Party of 4 - The food was great! The atmosphere was super. We were nearby an hour before our reservation- happily greeted and sat early. Our server was attentive and engaging. We were put off by the "up sell" (e.g.,€6 bread per person, €8 water for the table [we asked for tap an 2 glass bottles were brought without an indication we'd be charged], €6 for cranberry added to 2 of our dishes) If not for that, it would have gotten an excellent review.

Ristorante che mantiene sempre un livello ottimo da anni. Una delle migliori Wiener Schnitzel di Salisburgo. Servizio incantevole e luogo estremamente curato.

Der Abend hat voll unseren Erwartungen entsprochen. Das Überraschungsmenü war hervorragend und die dazu gebuchte Weinbegleitung passte wunderbar. Der Service war bestens, die Mitarbeiter alles sehr freundlich und aufmerksam! Laut waren leider nur die amerikanischen Gäste am Nachbartisch. Dafür kann das Lokal nichts.

It’s an interesting history and interior. Our waiter was not attentive. It took 15 mins just to get water and since it was 4pm the place was almost empty. The food was just OK. I would not return.

Overall was great and recommended but there are not many choice of the menu to choose. I don’t know if they change the menu every half a year depends on the season or not but as a tourist I don’t have chances to come to Salzburg often to try the new dishes here. Service was super!

All plates were of great quality and flavor! Congratulations! Strongly recommended!

St. Peter always has something delicious and someone important on the menu. Over the Easter Festival in Salzburg it has to be of the finest kitchens in Salzburg!

Das Stiftskulinarium verdient seinen Namen zurecht. Hervorragende Küche zu allerdings auch gehobenen Preisen.

Haben das 5. Gänge Überraschungsmenü gegessen, was sehr lecker und viel war. Preis Leistung war top!

Restaurant is good and food were exceptional, but there were some trouble in the kitchen with our order and it took too long, we were sitting and watching other people who came much later than us enjoying their meal. Waiter understood that there were some issue, but seemed that he didn’t have responsibility to solve this issue.

This meal was incredible. All of the food was delicious and the service was phenomenal. Highly recommend getting the surprise 5-course meal as well.

Das Beef Tatar war sehr gut, rote Bete als Vorspeise nichts besonderes, dafür völlig überteuert! Die Salzkaramelbutter passte nicht zum dunklen Brot. Wiener Schnitzel war allenfalls Durchschnitt. Die Preiselbeeren mit 4 Euro on top auch nicht gut. Insgesamt sehr teuer für allenfalls durchschnittliche Küchenhilfe
