Traditional Austrian dishes were just as good as expected! The restaurant was full of people but we didn’t have to wait at all! The atmosphere was great. Beef tartar was a bit of a disappointment.

Vor Jahren feierten wir hier schonmal einen schönen Hochzeitstag. Diesmal war es anders. Trotz Voranmeldung als Hochzeitstagsessen wurden wir an einen Tisch gesetzt der mich an Spreitzhosen eines Babys erinnerte. Die Vorspeise war OK. Die Stelze bestand aus 30% Gutes Fleisch 30% trockenes Fleisch und der Rest war rosa schieres Fett. Also alles in allem ,kein guter Abend.

Courteous service. Wife and I ordered a whole pig knuckle with dumplings. As expected, had to pack leftover. Pork knuckle skin crispy and the meat is tender. Nice casual ambiance. Tables are properly spaced, not packed close together. It was a Saturday night so walk-in customers had to be turned away. You can carry out a conversation without having to raise your voice.

Fab service, food and ambience. Reasonable prices. We will return with visitors and family!

The restaurant is rustic and classic of the dungeons era to include the ambiance, feel and set-up which is awesome. Tried the famous pork knuckles and true enough, the reviews are almost accurate. The skin is crisp and the meat is tender combined with steamed veggies, almost perfect except that when the food cools down, you can feel the saltiness of the food in your tongue. However, still the food is great with accompanying beer and the service is excellent.

In einem ehrwürdigen Gewölbekeller mit sehe freundlichem Personal und überaus guten Speisen.

Es war ziemlich kühl im Lokal. Der Vorhang beim Stiegenaufgang reicht nicht aus. Die Frittatensuppe war stark überwürzt. Der Tafelspitz war in Ordnung - Durchschnitt.

Wir hatten einen echt tollen Abend! Nette Bedienung, gutes Essen!
