Good but not phenomenal. Make no mistake, the food, service & wines were excellent. However the bar is higher when they have a star. Therefore, I would say that they met my (high) expectations. It is a fine restaurant, and I would return for sure!

For my wife's birthday we carefully chose this restaurant. Every aspect was presented with extreme taste; the food was excellent and the wine pairing completed every course perfectly. The waiting staff, despite being of tender years were well informed, extremely knowledgeable and kind. We heartily recommend this eaterie.

Sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Bedienung. Da gibt es gar nichts zu beanstanden. Das Essen war sehr gut, einzig die Fleischqualität entsprach nicht dem Niveau. Das Ambiente ist nicht gelungen. Erinnert an 80er Jahre. Nicht ansprechend.

Servizio fatto da giovani, un po’ di inesperienza però abbastanza puntuale. Piatti buoni con vini buoni anche se alcuni abbinamenti avrebbero potuto essere con vini meno profumati.

I read great reviews on Michelin and decided to try. The food was very beautiful and well presented but unfortunately underwhelming. The dumpling in my main course is solely wrappers with sliced beef, very bland for my taste. The staff were friendly but not (obviously) experienced or if I may, well-trained. The girl gave me the wrong cutlery and wrong menu twice. For the price and the Michelin star, we expected something much more special and memorable. None of the dishes particularly stood out as something we would want to try again. Sorry.

This was an incredible experience! The food was amazing and the service was exquisite. Everyone at Esszimmer was kind and welcoming and treated us to a wonderful dinner for our anniversary. I couldn’t recommend this restaurant more!

There's great emphasis on food presentation, but unfortunately, most of it is quite bland.

una sola pecca: da un ristorante che si definisce "family friendly" mi sarei aspettata la presenza di un fasciatoio nei bagni, in cui lo spazio assolutamente non manca (mi sono dovuta arrangiare sul piano del lavandino con abbastanza disagio)

Alles in allem ein gutes Erlebnis, dennoch mit Einschränkungen: Da wir öfters in Sterne Restaurants speisen empfanden wir bei vielen Gerichten das verwendete Geschirr etwas "altbacken" (z.B. Schieferplatten) und wenig hochwertig (z.B. Gläser, die eher Standardware waren, aber nicht von hochwertigen Manufakturen wie z.B. Zieher, Josefinenhütte o.ä. stammen, wie es in ähnlichen Restaurants der Fall ist). Ansonsten hat uns sowohl der lockere Service, als auch die Speisen per sé und die Inneneinrichtung gefallen. Positiv ist zudem das (für ein Restaurant dieser Kategorie) das angenehme Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis.
