Salm Bräu

Wir hatten die Platte für 4 Personen mit Stelze und Spareribs. Alles war lauwarm wie wir es bekommen haben. Danach mussten wir noch auf unsere Teller warten. Stelze war nicht gut die Kruste war nicht knusprig. Ganz Kleine Schüsseln mit Saucen. Für diese Menge zu wenig. Die Kartoffel Spalten waren nicht knusprig sondern weich und ebenfalls lauwarm. Das was gepasst hat war das Service und die spareribs.

Beautiful place and location, great beer, staff fantastic but unfortunately, quality of food is not good and expensive for what it is offered. I remembered it much better 15 years ago.

Un sitio con mucha historia y una comida tradicional buenísima. Recomiendo el consomé y el codillo.

Waren bereits zum zweiten Mal im Sslm Bräu. Spare Ribs einfach nur köstlich. Auch der Kaiserschmarren kann ohne schlechtes Gewissen empfohlen werden. Uriges Ambiente. Gerne ein drittes Mal!

The food was very nice. However, one dish took far too long to arrive—it came after we had finished eating, so we asked for it to be removed from the order. Everything else was pleasant overall.

Bier ok, Essen verspricht leider nicht das was man nach all den Rezessionen erwartet. Etwas zu teuer für Mittelmasss.

No es la primera y no será la última. Es un sitio estupendo para ir con familia y los camareros fueron muy amables, atentos y simpáticos Algo no muy normal por el carácter de la zona

Die Preise sind leider für die Grösse der Portionen sehr teuer (Touristenabzocke)!! Geschmacklich gibt es nichts auszusetzen und für diejenigen welche gerne Bier trinken ist sicher etwas dabei. Leider sind die Tische für max. 6Personen eher klein, also nicht ideal für größere feierliche Anlässe. Das Servicepersonal war sehr zuvorkommend und kompetent. Das Ambiente war war toll, doch unsere nächste Weihnachtsfeier wird sicher wo anders stattfinden.

Freundliches Personal- schnelle Lieferung (Männlich kurzhaarig mit Zopf, und Nexhmedin)!

Wir haben mit 18Personen schon Anfang Oktober reserviert. Das wir dann auf 2 Tische aufgeteilt werden, wo zwischen den beiden Tischen alle Gäste durchgehen müssen, war überschaubar angenehm. Sonst war es ok, mehr aber nicht.

Tolles Lokal, das gute Bier ist halt - wie überall - schon recht teuer. Vor allem das 0,3 l Glas - kostet fast soviel, wie ein großes Bier.
