We were seated in a function room hastily converted into additional restaurant seating. It was very hot and bare. 40 minutes later someone had taken our order but we didn't even have water on the table and we left.

Das Restaurant bietet hervorragende österreichische Küche (zu einem sehr fairen Preis) in einem angenehmen Ambiente UND es gibt sie noch, die perfekten, äusserst freundlichen Mitarbeiter die auch optisch (Kleidung) einen sehr positiven Eindruck hinterlassen. Wir werden dieses Lokal sicher wieder besuchen und können es sehr empfehlen.

Food was served very quickly but our request for a bottle of sparkling water was not fulfilled. It wasn’t on the bill so at least there was no charge for something we didn’t receive.

War ein sehr gelungener Abschluss des Besuches beim Adventsingen in der Andräkirche. Wir waren letztes Jahr schon zu Besuch in Ihrem Haus und werden sicher wiederkommen! Eine schöne Adventzeit!

Went there with a family of five. Had reservations so that helped with the wait time. Beef roulade was great. Austrian fried chicken was good but we wouldn't put it in the great category. Was visited by Krampus during the meal (inside the restaurant). That was a great experience.

Ein sehr schönes Restaurant. Die Kellner sind sehr aufmerksam. Das Essen hat sehr gut geschmeckt und die Portion war sehr groß. Da hat kein Nachtisch mehr rein gepasst. Habe für Mittwoch wieder einen Tisch reserviert. Ich kann das Restaurant nur empfehlen.

Es hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen. Die Getränke und das Essen kamen nur etwas zu schnell an den Tisch, sodass der Eindruck entstand, man könnte etwas abgefertigt werden. Aber lecker war es auf jeden Fall.

Es hat unserer Gruppe sehr gut gefallen. Und noch ein herzliches Dankeschön an den Service. Super Arbeit!!!

Visited this restaurant and wanted to order Gans Trifft entre as I saw the photo for the dish and looks appealing. I asked the waiter for the Gans trifft entre he pointed to a dish on the menu and did not say anything anymore. I ordered as what he suggested and the dish came back looked different from the picture, only with duck breast. I asked the waiter again as I was confused it didn’t look like the picture and he reassured it’s the same, he said how the food has presented would be different from the picture. As the dish was cooked and I didn’t want to waste food so I ate it. I looked up on Instagram and one of the other table who ordered the same dish and both looked completely different as mine. I asked the waiter again before paying the bills, he said it’s the same dish. Apparently they further separate the gans trifft entre into duck breast and duck leg which no one has explained this earlier. Straight after that He said that now I have had the whole dish so they won’t do any refund or do anything and asked me what I want, which I was not even thinking of refund at all. He looked annoyed and asked his colleague to came over to explain again. His colleague said it was the same dish and no refund as the first sentence. I told him I just want to feedback as it was deceiving to have a different picture on poster/menu as the real dish. I told him I just want to suggest either put the real dish look or ask your waiter to explain better in the future. He replied as they are a 100 years old restaurant they don’t do multiple pictures for each dishes and kept repeating they won’t refund. I didn’t know what to feedback as clearly they just want to dismiss customers rather than improving on communicating with customers better. Would not recommend this restaurant unless you want to have a “surprising dish”, not ordering what you’ve asked for.
