Das essen hat zu lange gedauert (1h) und der Service war sehr langsam ansonsten war das Essen geschmacklich wie auch äußerlich super!

They were wonderful! From excellent service to amazing food all the guests in our party had a great celebration. They even had gluten free bread and wrote a special note on dessert!

. Food not warm enough which is shocking considering that this is a fine dining restaurant . Waited for an hour for my main dish . Understaffed (not enough waiters) . Part of my main course was burnt (!!!) When I mentioned it to the Restaurant Manager, I got a "sorry about that" but actually, the right thing to have done would have been a commercial gesture and to offer me a drink! Instead of that, I got a "would you like to add the tip onto your credit card?" . Overall, not impressed at all

The food is not up to the price . Watery green soup , a good Wiener schnitzel with loads of oily potatoes - no veg . Good surroundings . Menu promises a lot more than is delivered . Service not too bad .

Wonderful restaurant, a little pricey for what I would normally got to however no regrets were made in the slightest. It was truely awesome experience to dine in the oldest Restaurant in Europe and the food was delicious.

Ambiente wundervoll, essen war fantastisch, Preise für Weine zu hoch! Organisation für diese Preise nicht gut, Bedienung war aber sehr bemüht. Zu lange Wartezeiten auf das Essen, obwohl das Menü feststand und 1 Monat vorher gebucht wurde... Weihnachten ist ja keine Überraschung, dennoch war alles hektisch. Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht in Ordnung.

We were seated quite promptly upon arrival, however, the waiter interrupted after my partner stated her order. He told her not to order the crayfish on the December menu, claiming that it is bad and insisted a few times that she should get the duck instead (which is very unprofessional). We didn’t think much of it at the time, upon arriving back home, her stomach started to feel uncomfortable. We suspect the duck was not fresh as we both recall the duck meat tasting “sour”.

Ich habe das Restaurant in TV Programm in Japan. Ich freue mich dass ich dort besuchen. Atmosphäre ist sehr schön und sehr schmeckt. Ich möchte noch einmal besuchen wenn ich nach Salzburg kommen.

Zentral gelegenes Restaurant mit einem sehr schönen Ambiente und sehr freundlicher Gastgeber und perfekter Service. Silvestermenü war klasse und wir kommen gerne wieder nach Salzburg.
