Wonderful experience- great service and delicious food! Very charming atmosphere surrounded by beauty.

I had an early dinner (6pm) so was essentially alone. I had a wonderful meal served by a very nice waiter.

Ein wirklich sehr gutes Restaurant im Herzen von Salzburg. Ist definitiv einen Besuch wert. Die Trüffelnudeln sind hervorragend.

The ambience and food are good for sure. Service is quite good.

Leider war es zum Zeitpunkt unseres Besuches im Lokal so kalt, daß wir eigentlich nichts wirklich genießen konnten. Auch auf den Toiletten war es extrem kalt. Wir wären gerne länger geblieben, haben aber nach der Hauptspeise gehen müssen weil uns so furchtbar kalt war.

Everything was fantastic: the restaurant, the atmosphere, the service and the food. The pumpkin soup surprised me the most with its raspberry sorbet twist! Will certainly be coming back here when I’m visiting to Salzburg again!

Statt eines 5-Gang Menues gab es nur 3 Gänge; auf erhofftem Haubenniveau waren aber auch die alle 3 nicht. Das höchste Niveau hatten die Preise.

Der Brunch war sehr lecker und abwechslungsreich. Mein Mann hatte Geburtstag an dem Tag und hat noch eine sehr originelle Kleinigkeit erhalten. Die Location ist auch sehr ansprechend und das Personal äußerst freundlich und zuvorkommend. Bestens zu empfehlen!

Great value for money especially the authentic traditional main course where they prepped in front of us and very friendly waiting staff. Definitely worth a visit to the oldest restaurant in the world!

We have eaten in your restaurant 5 times, unfortunately this was the last time, as neither the place we were seated, food we were given nor the service that was given, were on par with the other visits. The only thing that stayed the same was the price.

The location is amazing, the food is unfortunately average. For the price you pay for the food it needs to be outstanding!!! Unfortunately would not go back, unless the step it up.

The atmosphere and service was great. As we went during christmas time, the decor was very festive. We tried the salted caramel butter with bread which tasted divine as a starter however our main course didn't measure up to our expectations. We order the traditional Austrian options but felt these were rather subpar, bland and nothing special. Other food options may be better as we heard good things about this restaurant from others.

Head waiter very pushy to sell up expensive drinks, no time to settle in seat. Then told us schnitzel was most boring on the menu when we had all been looking forward to it. A downer. VERY expensive drinks. Waiters in aprons however were very good and friendly.

Lautstärke: ein kläffender Hund im Lokal ist kein Genuss. Preis/Leistung: an Preise für ein normales Hauptgericht über 30.- € , die Weinpreise und Getränkepreise, extra Gedeck haben wir uns noch nicht gewöhnt.

My husband and I dined here yesterday. The food was a more fancier version of traditional Austrian food and it was lovely. The room and table we had was great and the staff helpful and friendly.

Very nice food, most things were delicious. But I think it is overpriced to be honest. Service could be improved, they take too long.

Quick Sunday lunch at St. Peter, amidst scores of people in this actually quite big restaurant. Nevertheless, the service was spot on and very friendly, the food excellent and the atmosphere of the place unique. Prices are a bit high, but as the oldest restaurant in Europe, you carry a premium. Will go there again.

The food is delicious, and very Austrian. The staff were all friendly, spoke excellent english (which is very appreciated) and were knowledgeable. The noise level is good, given were were in a cavern, and I was surprised to see that you really could bring your dog! To dine here is to treat yourself, as it is expensive, but it is also worth it.

Empfang, Service und Küche waren sehr gut, auf musikalische Berieselung kann ich verzichten, aber das ist Ansichtssache. Jederzeit wieder einen Besuch wert.
