Ein herzliches Willkommen am Eingang des Restaurants durch den Restaurantchef & den Sommelier. Hervorragendes Essen (Chateaubriand, Hirschrücken & Tafelspitz), perfekte Weinempfehlung, freundlicher Service. Einziger Wermutstropfen: Gedeck und Tafelwasser. Gedeck p.p. 6€ = Brot mit Karamelbutter. Etwas zu hoch gegriffen, da kein weiterer Gruß aus der Küche folgte und die Karaffe Wasser (Salzburger Leitungswasser ist hervorragend) nochmals separat mit 4,30€ berechnet wird.

Das Essen war gut, das Personal freundlich und witzig. Die angeblichen Handsemmeln waren keine typischen Handsemmeln, sahen aus wie Maschinengefertigt, schmeckten auch so. Der Lachs war sehr gut. Für Kinder war die Heißgetränke Auswahl sehr überschaubar. Es war ein netter Brunch, preislich eher im oberen Bereich.

Man kann auch in Salzburg freundlich sein, ohne dass es aufgesetzt wirkt.

Qualitativ hochwertiges und äußerst leckeres Essen, freundliches und zuvorkommendes Service-Team! Ein toller Abend! Gerne wieder!

A fantastic place, beautiful decor and a nice atmosphere. The food was okay but probably not worth the money, but the whole overall experience was definitely well worth the visit. The history is incredible!

Omelette mit käse war mit mozarella und dadurch ziemlich geschmacklos. Räumlichkeiten waren sehr kühl, die meisten Gäste hatten ihre Jacken an.

Wir haben für ein Frühstück gebucht. Dieses sollte bis 13:00 verfügbar sein. Kurz nach 12:30 waren wir da. Leider hieß es Frühstück wäre aus, da nur bis 12:30. Es gab dann eine reduzierte Variante für das selbe Geld. Nie mehr wieder. Der dritte Besuch im Peterskeller und alle drei das Geld nicht wert. Das letzte Mal waren Splitter unter dem Tisch, am Tisch und im Essen.

Essen war gut, aber leider dem Preis nicht angemessen. Außerdem trotz Deckenstrahler war es zu kalt.

Food was inedible. They gave us bread and butter without asking, then charged us for it. Service was unfriendly, nor helpful.

Please try to manage music/sound/noise level in the restaurant to be a bit lower. It is almost impossible to talk to each other. All the rest is simply great! Keep moving forward! Thank you so much!

Ristorante molto bello con allestimento interno moderno, cibo buono ,prezzo giusto, ma non ne quello che aspettavo da un ristorante con 1200 anni di storia, piu un ristorante moderno e sofisticato, comunque abbiamo passato una bella serata.

This is not your great-(now multiply by 32)...grand parents' Gasthaus! I was really surprised when we showed up in a 1200 year old establishment and saw neon palm trees, gold parrots and gorilla's on the wall, and what appeared to be a central European take on Frida Kahlo. The updated decor was matched by a very contemporary approach to Austrian food, but as I went traditional with Wienerschnitzl it was clear that they have stayed true to their roots. I was very satisfied with perfectly breaded and fried near-paper thin cutlets with exactly the wrinkled airy texture needed. I also have to credit the service, which was excellent; very attentive and friendly. Definitely a dining destination in Salzburg!

Das Ambiente ist sehr gut, was die hohen Preise rechtfertigt. Das Essen war gut, würde aber den Preis nicht rechtfertigen. Geringe Auswahl an offenen Weinen. Crème Brûlée wurde leider kalt serviert aber das Erdbeer-Sorbet war ausgezeichnet. Die Eierschwammerl im Rahm waren fast schon Knackig - sehr zu empfehlen.
