Hervorragendes Essen (Austern mit Spezial-Topping, Wiener Schnitzel und Nockerl) und Top Service. Aber sehr hochpreisig (6 Euro Gedeck pP kommt on top) - kein Punktabzug, weil vorher klar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Wir waren diesmal Gästen aus Regensburg dort. Essen und Service perfekt wie immer. Nicht zu vergessen natürlich auch die tolle Weihnachtsdeko!

Ein wirklich großartiges Ambiente, erstklassiger, freundlicher und unaufgeregter Service, internationales Publikum und exquisite Gerichte. Alles perfekt also? Im Grunde ja, aber vielleicht könnte ein wenig Bodenständigkeit insbesondere bei den Gerichten nicht schaden. Aber mein Fazit bleibt gleich: Unbedingt empfehlenswert! So ein Salzburg-muss-man-gesehen-haben-Ding.

Ein netter Abend, gutes Essen, reizvolles Ambiente in einer „alten Stube“. Das Überraschungsmenü hätte für uns kleinere Gönge haben können (wir haben uns aber mit viel Zeit durch alle leckeren Speisen gegessen 😉😀)

Over all terrible. The bread was cold. The soup was cold. Our drinks came out half way thru the meal. Our Tartar didn’t look at all like the other people’s tartar. The first time in my life the dessert was inedible. Was truly shocked to spend $450.00 on a horrible meal.

Restaurant location, ambience and decor were excellent. Initial greeting was professional, however after that, service was cold, impersonal and felt like we were simply a number. For example, when the Christmas menu dish was placed on the table, one word "enjoy" was said, with no eye contact or explanation of the dish. The wines were only 0.1L pours and relatively expensive compared to other venues. Overall, the experience was satisfactory but far from memorable. I'm not sure if I would recommend this restaurant apart from the historical venue.

Horrible table and room design, food disappointing. Covered in naked dolls all over the Christmas tree and table lamps. Never will come back. Such a shame that they have such an old restaurant decorated like this.

Mediocre food at best. Smoked duck appetizer was grotesque. Waiter couldn’t be found. What a waste of 200 euros without coffee or dessert!. And.. to hear ‘we were making to-order drinks earlier but can’t now’ when I requested a martini?!?!? Utterly ridiculous. I’ll post on review sites as well but what a tremendous disappointment.. a shame really given that parts of the restaurant are pretty to look at given its age.

Waiters are not friendly. Atmosphere is good yet the meal is a bit pricey in view of the food quality and service.

We were so disappointed. Our hotel SCHLOSS Monchstein recommended this place. We sat down at 6:34. They were late in seating up. By 8pm all we had was bread & water. Finally we asked what the the hold up was & they said well we have a party of 150. We booked this place MONTHS in advance. If I knew they prioritized revenue over quality & experience we would’ve stayed at our hotel & had room service or dinner at the glass garden like the previous night. The food was fine when it arrived but nothing spectacular. We will not return & that is a shame. I give 10/10 On Christmas decorations & that’s about it.

Es war ein wunderschöner Abend in bestem Ambiente inkl. Glühweinstand.

Venue is nice but it’s super cold inside in is first dining area on the right from the entrance. Second, I didn’t like that you force people to get a bread of six euro per person . I mean 12€ for bread ? Considering that your prices are higher than average.. Service done by Italy waiters which are fighting between each other. Waiter is very convincing for at least 15% tips, which he put by himself.

Immer wieder einen Besuch wert, egal ob im Sommer oder Vorweihnachtszeit mit der Mega-Deko, muss man wirklich gesehen haben. Kulinarisch immer top 👍🏻, Personal auch immer sehr freundlich und bemüht

Das Restaurant ist nicht mehr elegant und ist total massen touristisch geworden. Das Wasser war ohne Kohlensäure. Wegen des massen asiatischen touristischen-Besuch bringt der Kellner für Asiaten selvesverstandlich Wasser ohne Kohlensäure. Vorsicht! manche Asiaten lieben Wasser mit Kohlensäure. Im Raum Geworbe sind Tische so nahr, es ist so laut. Man kann nicht mehr Gespräch hören. Es ist nicht mehr schön. Das erste Klasse Restaurant ist tot, leider! Ich werde in Zukunft für meine Gäste irgendwo anderes reservieren.
