Sehr freundliche aufmerksames Personal. Das 5 Gänge Menü war geschmackliche gut aber zu viel, sodass man die Hauptmahlzeit und das Dessert kaum noch genießen konnte. Das Rissotto ist zu viel zu große Menge bei einen 5 Gänge Menü. Preislich ist das 5 Gänge Menü auch zu hoch. 230€ für 2 Personen mit 2 Gläser Grapefruit Prosecco und eine Flasche Wasser.

The service was good, but the food was over-ambitious to the point where the items were confusing. The chef/menu seems to try to hard to impress, putting way too many conflicting flavors and ingredients on the same plate. It’s as if they thought throwing a lot of fancy sounding ingredients added to the quality of the dish, yet the contrasting flavors detracted overall.

Preis - Leistung stimmen für mich leider nicht mehr ganz überein! Service war sehr gut, aber die Gerichte waren zum Teil nicht sehr warm!

Essen sehr gut, haben nichts anderes erwartet. Weinempfehlung durch den Sommelier phantastisch. Ein rundum gelungener Abend.

Leider ist das Restaurant/Ambiente völlig auf Tourismus in einem "eigenartigen" Stil ausgerichtet; jetzt haben wir noch keinen Advent, trotzdem ist der Hof schon dafür ausgerichtet und der Goldschmuck im Restaurant passt doch wohl eher nach Indien! Nix Salzburgerisches mehr, leider! Weiterhin viel Erfolg ....

Der Service war in Ordnung, das Frühstück war gut, auch wenn es sehr teuer war.

One of the best meals we’ve had in Austria! The atmosphere in the wine cellar is so unique and the eclectic art throughout only adds to the experience. Our server was one of the friendliest people but the entire wait staff was professional and welcoming. It started with the carrot-orange-ginger soup….what an explosion of flavors! From the presentation, pouring and tasting — this was by far the best soup we’ve ever “experienced!” The salad with pickled peaches & berries was also delicious! Then, the monkfish wrapped in bacon — grilled to PERFECTION! I’ve never had monkfish prepared that perfectly until St Peter’s. What’s more, our server remembered that I can not have dairy and, on her own, replaced the gnocchi with potatoes…very thoughtful! My husband had the Roast Beef, which he throughly enjoyed, as well. Unfortunately, we had NO ROOM for dessert! But, we vicariously enjoyed the Nockrel that the couple seated next to us had ordered — the presentation was exquisite! Would highly recommend and definitely return to St Peter’s on our next visit!

Die Erwartungen, die aufgrund von Empfehlungen geweckt wurden, konnten leider nicht erfüllt werden. Besonders enttäuschend war das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, das im Vergleich zu anderen ähnlichen Restaurants in Salzburg deutlich schlechter ausfiel.

Schnitzel, eher knapp gewürzt und eigentlich gehört Kartoffelsalat dazu. Suppe war eher zu wenig warm…

Service was quick and our server was excellent. Food was great and recommendations were lovely! The ambiance did not feel like it was the oldest restaurant in the world which was my only qualm.

Overall, a very good experience. Food was very good. Dislikes - we were charged 12 euros for bread and we weren't even asked if we wanted it, it was just given to us. We also received a charge for another table. Was it intentional, don't know.

The dining experience at St. Peter's was excellent. Our waitress was exceptional, accommodating to 2nd languages and made great recommendations for wine to compliment dishes which had been ordered. When our food was ready, it was served at the perfect pace for a relaxing dinner. Dishes were beautifully presented and regional cuisine was explained so that it could be fully enjoyed by our party. Our dinner was one of the best I've enjoyed in recent years. Thank you to the entire staff for a wonderful evening.

Enjoyed being able to dine at the oldest restaurant in Europe, I always believe we should try as much as we can in our lives, I opted for a bowl of the homemade beef soup, it really was not much more broth I reluctantly added some bread & butter, for dessert I ordered the apple strudel, it was pleasant, it was served on a slate plate so I was unable to pour the vanilla sauce on top, didn’t enjoy having to dip it. The dessert however was good. There is no blush wine and all wines typically are dry in Austria however I opted for the server to bring me a glass of something I may enjoy, the wine was a Riesling made by St.Peters it had an intriguing taste which my palette enjoyed I spent just over 32€. Overall I would go again however my choices would change! Cheers!

The experience was good; the atmosphere is interesting, and the food is tasty. I expected something more special and unique. I found it good but not extraordinary, especially considering the price and that it's the oldest restaurant.
